| How Can I lose 10-20 lbs. In 2 Weeks? (Read The Whole Thing Please!)? Okay, I'm not trying to be snotty, since anyone who answers my question is going out of their way to help me. I'm just saying I really don't want to hear the whole, 'exercise 24/7, and eat a load of fruits and veggies.' I mean, I realize that that could work if you want to take, like, 4 months to lose fifteen pounds. I mean, I know I'll have to exercise, of course. Here's what I'm saying: I've been watching what I'm eating, counting calories, etc. I'm wondering, what are good work outs to lose weight fast (besides treadmills or lifting weights, etc., since I don't have those and don't have a nearby local gym) and techniques for weight loss. What foods are recommended? What techniques and work outs are good ideas? I really want to drop my weight (not drastically, of course!), and be thin. I'm moving soon and want a fresh start. I don't want to be instantly referred to as "the new fat girl" or something rude and offensive. Besides, it's not just for the fact that I don't like the way I look, but also because I realize it isn't healthy. All pools nearby cost a ton to get in, so swimming also is not an option. I'd like to drop 40 lbs. in a month, like approximately 10 pounds a week. Any ideas? And please, don't leave rude, offensive, or mean comments. It's not cool.
