| How can I change my past? And I mean real events, like not going out that day 5 years ago and get into the car accident? Does anyone know such techniques? I believe that the system is flexible and all changes in the past would take place gradually like waves and would not do any harm. Sounds like sci-fi? But what if it's really possible and someone has already done it? If someone knows something about it write to me, please. |
| "changing the past"
As far as I know, the physical events of the past can't be changed. What can be changed is the attitude we have about those events we want to change. A technique for doing this: Lie down and relax. Put yourself in a dreamlike state. Then, begin to go over the event in your mind, going back to right before it happened. How would you like it to have gone differently? Then, bit by bit, change the image in your mind to fit what you wish it had been. If you don't like the way it's coming out, go back and start over. Turn all the negatives into positives. Do it until you are satisfied. You may feel better about it as a result. |
